TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Please read thoroughly before inquiring!

general

🟆 I require full upfront payment (USD) for all commissions with the exception of merchandise commissions (see below) and must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed.
🟆 I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission (ex: personal emergencies of any kind). Under those circumstances, I do offer partial refunds based on how much progress is made.
🟆 I reserve the right to adjust my prices or decline any commission.
🟆 All commissions come with a progress sketch for approval and cannot be edited afterwards. For any progress thereafter, please check the queue!

usage

🟆 You are not allowed to use any of my works for NFT, Crypto, or AI purposes.
If I find that you are using my artwork for any of these purposes, you will be blacklisted and no longer be allowed to purchase anything from me. If anyone assists you in evading my blacklist, they will also be blacklisted.
🟆 My commission work is only for personal use. I retain the copyright to my work, and you are not allowed to profit off of my work. For commercial uses (merchandise commissions), see below!
🟆 Please feel free to repost anywhere you'd like, but do not remove my signature and/or watermark! Please do not edit/change my artwork without my explicit permission as well.
🟆 I retain the right to publicly post/share commissions on my art accounts or for my portfolios.

merchandise

🟆 My merchandise commissions are for commercial use. These works may be used for profit purposes and can be used for (but not limited to) promotions, merchandise, etc. You may also edit or make changes to my commercial use artwork.
🟆 I do not openly offer commercial use commissions. Please DM or e-mail me with what type of work you are seeking and I will let you know if I am interested in working with you!
🟆 For commercial use artworks, I charge by the hour. In these cases, I will estimate total costs upfront but payments can be adjusted and negotiated into parts based on the work I do.
🟆 This type of commission requires a lot of collaborative effort from both parties. I do require a direct messaging channel where I may frequently contact you for updates!
🟆 Once the artwork has been paid for and completed, you will receive original files with and without watermarks!
Please note that I still retain all credits to my artwork and you may not claim to be the original creator/artist.

_{background: automatically comes with a transparent versions, but adding a bg varies based on complexity}

MERCHANDISE COMMISSIONS

I do offer commissions for merchandise products, however I only offer and accept these under specific circumstances. Please check my TOS for more information!Base Rate: Start at $40/hr + manufacturing/shipping costs
Complex Requests: Add $15/hr_{Costs vary based on how many designs you would like, complexity of designs, what type of merchandise you would like to produce, etc. I will be upfront about all costs involved and give you a total estimate based on all factors!}
